The shortbread is piped and centers are filled with your choice of chocolate ganache, our handmade Koo-Koo caramel, fig, strawberry preserves, raspberry preserves, apricot-raspberry preserves, peach jam, blueberry preserves or our delightful blackberry preserves.
One of the best things about this cookie is that we use the finest organic spelt flour, Not the yucky spelt flour. It makes for a light & fluffy, slightly toasty-flavored cookie with more protein, less carbs.
