Our luscious cupcakes are made with organic "royal" spelt flour, which is a fancy flour (not the rough spelt you've probably had and maybe disliked) that is higher in protein and lower in carbs than regular wheat flour. It's truly delicious.
 
We will be adding more flavors, but we are starting out with a light summery pineapple cupcake, iced with a gooey pineapple glaze, topped with an organic blackberry & organic mint leaf or a vegan Marchiano cherry with mint leaf.  Let me know in comments if you want me to skip the mint on top.  This cupcake is small but packed with flavor. (Some of you Lair Hill  locals may have tried these at our block party last year.)
Also at the starting gate is our super deep dark chocolate cupcake with a standout gooey chocolate ganache topping, both using the same superb Italian chocolate that we use in our decadent fudge.  Again, a small cupcake but packed with deep dark chocolate flavor.
