Our luscious cupcakes are made with organic "royal" spelt flour, which is a fancy flour (not the rough spelt you've probably had and maybe disliked) that is higher in protein and lower in carbs than regular wheat flour. It's truly delicious
 
We use vanilla bean paste, instead of extract, for a rich vanilla flavor.  Topped with our hand whipped buttercream.  A small cupcake but packed with vanilla flavor.
