Momma's Deep Dark Chocolate Fudge:
Creamy Rich Dark Chocolate Fudge ~ Handmade in small batches, packed into window tins 4" x 2-3/4", with a silvery bow.
Our deep dark chocolate fudge was voted #1 by our customers in San Clemente. It's reminiscent of what their grandmothers used to make, but without the chalkiness. Just super rich and creamy. It does not have to be refrigerated, but we think it's better if it is.
Our chocolate is imported from Italy, and is the best I (April) have ever tasted.
 
Koo-Koo Caramels:
Our Koo-Koo Caramels are melt-in-your mouth deliciousness. Handmade in small batches, they are rich and chewy and are loved by vegans and non-vegans alike.
They contain no dairy and are naturally gluten-free.
 
Pistachio Shortbread Cookies:
Finally, a delicious shortbread cookie without the butter, but yet it tastes buttery....and with a hint of almond. The shortbread is mixed with toasted pistachios and then piped. One of the best things about this cookie is that we use the finest organic spelt flour, Not the yucky spelt flour. It makes for a light & fluffy, slightly toasty-flavored cookie with more protein.  
Let us know at checkout if you would like vegan white chocolate chips added to the dough. It makes the cookie interestingly chewy and crunchy along with the pistachio nuts.
 
Decadent Hot Cocoa Mix:
Ethically sourced 70% chocolate and crafted by our chocolate supplier, Mama-Ganache in San Luis Obispo, this is THE best hot cocoa for the true chocolate connoisseur.  It's rich and thick, PERFECT for your favorite plant-based milk.

Della-Roo's Pumpkin Oat Raisin Spiced Cookies:
Hearty cookies that are chockfull of good-for-you ingredients: Organic oats, organic pureed pumpkin, organic ground flax seeds, organic raisins and much more, like organic cinnamon and allspice (antioxidents). It is actually a healthier choice to eat these cookies than to not eat them! A bit addictive. We use our special.....and we do mean "special"....organic spelt flour (more protein, less carbs). But even if these cookies weren't healthy, you would love them.....just for the taste. (If you're not a fan of raisins, we can bake without them. Just leave us a note.)

Della-Roo's Cherry Almond Cookies:
Delicious royal spelt flour cookies full of organic sliced almonds and Oregon organic dried cherries. Great as "dippers."
