Made with our fantastic organic spelt flour, these beautiful cookies are toasty and nutty with a surprise chew of organic dried cherries from Oregon. The farm where we buy our cherries does not add oil to them like a lot of places do. This leaves just the pure cherry taste instead of a filmy diversion from the cherries that you crave.
We add sliced organic almonds to top off the already toasty cookie. And if that's not enough, there's a healthy amount of ground flax seed in the batter too.
