Our luscious cupcakes are made with organic "royal" spelt flour, which is a fancy flour (not the rough spelt you've probably had and maybe disliked) that is higher in protein and lower in carbs than regular wheat flour. It's truly delicious.
 
These decadent gems are our super deep dark chocolate cupcakes with a standout smooth and gooey chocolate ganache topping, both using the same superb Italian chocolate that we use in our delicious fudge.  A small cupcake but packed with deep dark chocolate flavor.
